Amish Fiction is my favorite genre to read. I have been a fan of Tricia Goyer for many years, she is a great author. I have been enjoying the Big Sky Amish Series and recently read the latest release in this series. Under the Blue Skies by Tricia Goyer presents Elly Gilbert is Book 3 in this series.
I enjoyed this book from the very first Chapter. The main characters are Lovina, Thomas, and Thomas's niece, Emily. Lovina dreams of having a family and it comes in the form of an instant family with Thomas and his niece. I LOVE that Thomas puts aside his desire of being a bachelor to start over in a new town when he takes custody of his young niece. Lavina is a sweetheart who comes on to help Thomas with his niece. Thomas slowly gains confidence in raising his niece with Lovina's help. Thomas and Lavina both have baggage from their past, but their faith keeps them strong. This is a story of Faith, Family and Romance! I HIGHLY recommend this book for those who enjoy Amish Fiction! EXCELLENT BOOK!
