Contemporary Romance novels are a favorite genre of mine. Her Part to Play by Jenny Erlingsson is the latest book in this genre that I have read.
I have to say that this book started a little slow for me. The storyline picked up in Chapter 2 and then there was no stopping me from reading it. The main characters of the book are Adanne and John. Adanne returns to Alabama after getting fired as a Hollywood Make up Artist. John is a Hollywood actor who is the one who fired Adanne. They meet up again in Alabama when Adanne is hired to be a makeup artist for a filming company in Alabama which John is the main actor for the film. Adanne is trying to move forward in life after her mom dies and seeing John again wasn't in her plans. John has recently become a Christian and he knows he has done so much wrong in his life, but his new found faith has helped him grow and mature. I really LOVE the chemistry between Adanne and John once they begin to work together again in Alabama. I also LOVE how they begin to trust God as a pair. I also LOVE the small town feel of the book. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys Contemporary Romance books. GREAT BOOK!

Besides the great romance, it'll be fun to read about a movie being filmed in Alabama.
