I have become a HUGE Fan of Christian Suspense Novels. Cold Venegence by Nancy Mehl is the latest in this genre that I have read. It is Book 3 in the Ryland and St. Clair Series. I haven't read the first 2 in this series and this is actually the first time I read a book by Author Nancy Mehl.
River Ryland and Tony St. Clair are the 2 main characters in this book and they are Private Investigators. They are hired to help find a Famous Crime Podcaster who has gone missing. Their sleuthing helps lead them to many clues in her disappearance, the main one being a serial killer who she might have discovered. They continue on with the new clues and their own lives are now in danger. Will they find the Podcaster before it is too late? Will they also solve some cold cases along the way?
WOW, this book is very intriguing from beginning to end. I really LOVE River and Tony. Their characters are strong and they are GREAT Private Investigators, as they both formerly worked for the FBI. They work well together and they are showing a growing romantic interest for each other. River has recently rededicated her life to God and the Faith message in this book is really strong in a GREAT way. I LOVE how River decides to Give God control of so much in her life. Tony is also strong in his faith. This book is a definite page turner with Suspense, Romance and a wonderful message of Faith. I HIGHLY recommend this book those who enjoy Christian Suspense with Romance. FANTASTIC BOOK!
