Historical Romance Fiction is a favorite Genre that I enjoy. Until Our Time Comes by Nicole M. Miller is the latest in this genre that I have read. The Book is her Debut Novel.
The setting is WWII in Poland, 1939. The main character in the story is Adia Kensington, an American Horse Trainer working in Poland. She is excited to be working at the famous Janów Podlaski stables, a dream come true for her. Bret Conway is also "working" at the Janów Podlaski stables as a "news reporter". He is actually there to gather information for the British. Adia is very intent on saving all 250 World Famous Arabian Horses at the Stables as the War ravages on. Bret knows he has to step up and help her and also keep her safe during the war. The task will take a lot of time, will test their Strength and faith, but they also begin to take a liking to one another. Will they help keep the Beloved Horses safe? Will there be a Romance between Adia and Bret?
WOW, the storyline really caught my interest from the very beginning. I really LOVE the setting, as WWII is a part of History that I really enjoy. I am also a fan of Horses, so the story being about a Horsetrainer was also intriguing. I LOVE that Adia started living in her Dream Job, but the fact that most of the time was during WWII was a stressful time for Adia to be there. Bret was a wonderful addition to the story, even though he was at the Stables for "spying" rather then a News Reporter. The way they pair slowly grows their relationship and liking for each other was very sweet. I TRULY enjoyed this WWII Historical Romance book from beginning to end. It is a book of endurance, strength, faith and romance. I HIGHLY recommend this book to anyone who enjoys Historical Romance Fiction. GREAT BOOK!
