Christian Self Help books are a great genre. The Power of the Reframe by J.J. Bundy is the latest in this genre that I have read.

We have all had struggles in life and many times those situations find a place in our mind that come up every so often. Those thoughts can have a negative effect on our life, unless we choose to look at those situations differently and move forward in life. Grief, Mistakes, Decisions and more can hold our thoughts captive unless we release them. I was extremely convicted by the information in this book. The Author presents it in a way that really gets to your heart, especially those who need healing from their past. I LOVE that the author points to God being the Center of the healing process and growth in the future. There is a Workbook and a Journal that the Author suggests using as it really helps focus on the concept of the Book. I HIGHLY suggest this book for anyone who is holding too many thoughts in their mind and need to move towards healing. GREAT BOOK!
