I really enjoy Clean Romance books. The Harlequin Heartwarming series of books is a great fit for that genre. The latest book I have read is His Small Town Dream by Tara Randel. It is Book 1 in the A Golden, Georgia Romance series. I am excited about this new series that will focus on the Connelly Sisters. 

I LOVED this book from the very first chapter. The main characters in this book are Nicole Connelly and Ethan Price. Ethan's daughter Holly and Nicole's dog Gus, are also a huge part in this book. Nicole has come back to her hometown of Golden, GA to take on a temporary job and has bought her dog Gus along. She rents a place for her temporary stay and discovers Gus has befriended Holly and Nicole is introduced to the neighbors, Ethan and Holly through going to guide Gus to the place they are staying. Ethan is the local Veterinarian and a divorced single dad. Nicole has a career and made a life for himself outside of Golden, GA and only wants to be there for a small job and then return HOME. I really LOVE the twist in their lives that happened because of Holly and Gus. Nicole and Ethan both have baggage from the past and they are slow to admit that they are falling for one another. Nicole really is reluctant to begin a relationship because she really doesn't want to stay in Golden. I was so happy to see the pair really admit they had strong feelings for one another. The obstacles that Nicole and Ethan overcome in this storyline were so heartwarming. Gus and Holly add cuteness to the book. I HIGHLY recommend this book to anyone who enjoys Clean Romance books. GREAT BOOK!
