I am not one who normally enjoys the Romantic Thriller genre, but the synopsis of this book really intrigued me. HAVOC by Ronie Kendig is Book 1 in the Breed Apart series. Ronie Kendig is new to me author also. 

I can honestly say that I was this book truly captured my attention in the first chapter. Sergeant Crew Gatlin was probably my favorite character in the book. I was in awe of his Strength, especially after losing a leg while in the Service. His determination to continue his work after being Discharged from the Service. Joining the Breed Apart Organization and being reunited with Havoc,  the K9 dog he worked with previously in the service, was so heartwarming. The pair really make a great team as they work together to protect Hollywood Stuntwoman, Vienna Foxcroft. I really LOVED how their relationship went from working to romantic in just a few weeks. Vienna and Sergeant Crew both rely on their faith as Crew and K9 Havoc protect Vienna. I felt the Faith was a welcome part of the book. A very fast-paced book with lots of action. The book is filled with Mystery, Suspense, Romance, and Faith. I HIGHLY recommend this book to anyone who enjoys Christian Romance Mystery Suspense! WONDERFUL BOOK!
