I enjoy a good Christian Romance novel and For the Love of Joy

by Janet W. Ferguson fits that genre and the type of book that I 

dive right into. 

Davis Donnelly has completed his Military career and is now a

civilian. He has secured a job as an Outreach Minister and is trying

to settle into Civilian life. He has one thing he really needs to settle

and that is if the divorce papers his wife, Joy Donnelly, sent to him 

while he was overseas were ever finalized. He is able to track her down

and decides to visit her. Joy Donnelly is chasing a little boy, her son, as 

Davis comes upon them. Joy all of sudden takes a fall and is injured badly.

Davis realizes that the boy is too young to be his, being that he has been 

overseas for a time. Joy realizes that she is going to need help in her 

recovery. Will Davis stick around and help Joy during her recovery? 

Will they find the divorce was never finalized and they are still married? 

Can there be reconciliation and save their relationship?

For the Love of Joy by Janet W. Ferguson is a book about forgiveness, 

second chances, and rekindled love. The author really tells the story

well and has a great writing style.  

I really enjoy reading Book Series, especially one that has more then 3 

in the series. I am just finding out about this series, and began with Book

5. I feel it reads GREAT as a Standalone. I am very interested in reading 

the first books in this series and have already sought them out to read 

them. GREAT BOOK!
