I have been excited about the premiere of this movie since I heard about it a couple of months ago. I have been a fan of Kirk Cameron and his family for MANY years. His testimonial is very encouraging. We have been a Homeschooling Family since 2007 and I have one more year, as my 3rd son is almost finished with High School. I have enjoyed every minute of it, even if it wasn't always consistent. The Experiences and Life Skills my boys have learned throughout our Homeschool Years are so valuable as they have reached their late teens and adulthood.
Kirk Cameron interviews many families across the Country who Homeschool their children. The Families are from all "walks of life" and they all have different methods of Homeschooling. The Families interviewed for this Documentary talk about the Why's and How's they are Homeschooling. The encouragement from the interviews is so uplifting.
The past 2 years, especially when School kids were "Remote Learning", have bought a new perspective to many parents in regards to their Children's Education. Parents are quite surprised at what the School System is not achieving for their kids and many other kids. I have heard many stories of parents not sending their children back to in-person learning and pulling them to officially homeschool. If you are on the fence about Homeschooling your Children, this is a MUST-SEE movie for you and your family.
