LOVE Inspired books are a Favorite of mine. I like that the books
are short, easy to read and come in many genres. The Suspense
series are truly a favorite of mine. Tanya Stowe is also a wonderful
author and I enjoy her books tremendously. Vanished in the Mountains
is her newest release and I had the opportunity to read it.

Dulcie Parker is a Domestic Violence Counselor who goes
above and beyond to help anyone she can. She discovers
a human trafficking ring in the Four Corners area and she
knows she has to help the Women who are getting involved
in this and lead they away from the Ring. She begins to feel
her safety is at risk and the only person she can trust to help her
is Deputy Sheriff Austin Turner. Deputy Austin and Dulcie began
to work to solve who is running this ring and be safe themselves.
Can they break up the Ring before Dulcie becomes a victim? Will
Dulcie and Deputy Austin become friends or something more as
they work together to break up the Ring?

Vanished in the Mountains had suspense from the very first pages.
I was hooked and couldn't stop reading. There were so many twists
and turns and the suspense kept me on the edge of my seat. I also
enjoyed the romance intertwined within the Suspense. The topic
of Human Trafficking was written into the book with sensitivity and
understanding. I truly enjoyed this book and give it HIGH
recommendations!

More from Tanya

When my children were very young, my husband and I took a trip to Colorado for a family reunion. After the reunion we traveled through Colorado to see the sights. We stopped in Silverton and my sister and I took my young son and daughter down the narrow-gauge railroad to Durango. Riding the swaying train down slopes covered in pine trees with the rushing white water of the Animas River below, I knew I’d write about the area someday. Many years later my husband and I took our first “kid-less” vacation in our motorhome. We stayed in a campground on the Navajo Nation next to Canyon de Chelly. We had no running water or electricity and that night, a storm blew in from the west. We watched the sky change to hues of purple and pink and then sat mesmerized as lightning strikes crossed the magnificent valley. Once again, I planted the scenes in my mind, determined to write about them one day. Little did I know both vacations would combine into one story. I hope you find my memories of the Four Corners area as unforgettable as I did! Blessings!
