Did your kids get a lot of "Electronics" like my boys did for Christmas? Too many chargers to keep track off and plugged in?
I decided to create a "Charging Area" in our household for my boys Nintendo DSi's. We live in a small 3 bedroom apartment so my boys all share a bedroom, so there isn't enough outlets for them to all have their own. I went to Home Depot and purchased 2 Surger Protector Strips. I already had 3 baskets in "Their" Color coded colors. I cleared off the top shelf of their bookcase in their Play Room and set up the station. It was FAST, EASY and economical.
My boys now have one place to charge their Nintendo DSi's and also a place for them to know where they need to be when not in use. they can also keep their games in this basket and any other accessories. I quickly solved the problem of "Where is my DSi?" or the fights over the electric outlet and who gets to charge when.
